2. What data we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Contact and inquiry data — your name, agency name, email address, and any information submitted through our contact form or email correspondence.
• Partnership data — details about your agency, service requirements, client project information (under NDA), and billing details necessary to deliver services.
• Communication data — records of emails, calls and messages exchanged as part of the partnership relationship.
• Usage data — standard server logs including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time of access. This is collected automatically and used solely for security and performance monitoring.

We do not collect sensitive personal categories of data (health, race, political views, etc.) and we do not collect data from minors.

3. How we use your data

• To respond to inquiries and onboard new agency partners.
• To deliver the agreed white-label services and communicate progress.
• To issue invoices and process payments through our payment processor.
• To improve the website and service operations based on aggregate usage patterns.
• To comply with legal obligations including tax and contractual requirements.

We do not use your data for advertising, lead generation, or any purpose beyond what is stated above.

4. Legal basis for processing

Where applicable under US state privacy laws (including CCPA/CPRA for California residents), our processing is based on:

• Contract performance — processing required to fulfill the service agreement.
• Legitimate interests — responding to inquiries, security monitoring, and improving our service.
• Legal obligation — compliance with applicable law.
• Consent — where you have explicitly agreed to a specific use (e.g., newsletter, if applicable).

5. Client data handled on your behalf

When you share your clients' information with us as part of service delivery, we act as a data processor on your behalf. Your clients' data is handled strictly under the terms of our mutual NDA. We do not contact your clients, market to them, or retain their data beyond the active engagement period. The NDA formalizes these obligations in writing.

6. Third-party services

We use a limited number of third-party services to operate:

• Google Analytics — anonymized website traffic analysis. Data processed in the US under Google's standard terms.
• Payment processor — Stripe or equivalent for billing. Card data is never stored on our servers.
• Email provider — for sending and receiving business correspondence.
• Cloud storage — for storing deliverables and project files under encrypted access controls.

We do not sell, rent or trade your data to any third party under any circumstances.

7. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as the partnership is active, plus a reasonable period thereafter as required by law or to resolve any disputes (typically 3–5 years for financial records). Contact inquiries that do not result in a partnership are retained for 12 months, then deleted.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights including:

• The right to delete personal information we hold about you (subject to certain exceptions).
