30 minutes on Zoom or Google Meet. You meet your prospective account lead, we walk through your typical client, and the mutual NDA is signed via DocuSign before the call ends.
No pitch deck, no slideshow, no nurture sequence. If we're a fit, you'll know by minute 25. If we're not, we'll say so.
You receive the Master Services Agreement (6 pages, plain English, references the NDA you signed). Markup welcome — most partners sign as‑is, some markup one clause.
While that's circulating, you upload your brand kit to the portal: logo, colours, fonts, voice doc, reporting templates if you have them. Drag and drop, no forms.
You send us the first client brief — through the portal form, a Loom video, or a forwarded email. Your named account lead acknowledges within 4 hours, confirms scope within 24, and posts a start date within 48.
You provision tooling access (GA4, Search Console, GBP, Ahrefs/Semrush) — delegated to your agency's Google address, not ours. Setup is ~30 minutes total.
Production starts. SEO retainers begin with a 175‑check audit. GBP retainers begin with a profile audit + brand voice doc. Web projects begin with the design QA + spec lock.
By day 14, the first concrete deliverable is in your inbox — branded, ready to forward to your client, with a Loom walkthrough if you want one.
No 27‑page onboarding pack. No data‑intake survey. The whole partnership runs on six documents — three from us, three from you. That's the entire admin overhead.
Signed live on the strategy call via DocuSign. Read the clauses on the NDA page before the call if you'd rather.
The MSA references the NDA and covers fees, SLAs, IP, term & termination. Plain English, partner‑friendly markup.
One per service line — Local SEO, GBP, etc. Confirms tier, monthly fee, named strategist. Signed via DocuSign.
