01 — Trust & confidentiality

Will my client
ever find out?

The most common concern on a first call. Here is exactly how we handle client confidentiality, both operationally and in writing.

How do you make sure my client never finds out?

+
Three layers. Operationally, your account manager is the only person who has your client's name on file. The production team works from a project ID. Technically, every email, report, and dashboard ships under your brand and your domain. Our name appears nowhere on anything your client sees. In writing, we operate under a confidentiality agreement with every partner that forbids any direct contact. See the agreement page for the full clauses.

What does the confidentiality agreement cover?

+
Client non-solicitation for 24 months past the contract end date. Full confidentiality on every client name, strategy, and asset you share. Brand suppression so our name never appears on anything your client sees. A right to audit our outbound communications log at any time with 5 business days notice. The full agreement is on the agreement page.

Have you ever contacted a partner's client directly?

+
Never. Not once in seven years. Every partner can request a log of our outbound communications with 5 business days notice. If we ever did contact a client directly, the agreement voids immediately and all work transfers to you at no cost.

What happens to our data when we leave?

+
On cancellation, all client data is returned to you within 30 days. Strategies, audits, citation ledgers, repos, and dashboard exports are all included. After day 30, we delete everything from our systems and send you a written confirmation. Confidentiality on that data continues indefinitely after the contract ends.
02 — Pricing & commitment

What does this
actually cost?

Full pricing is on the pricing page — no calendar gate. These are the questions that come up after you've seen the numbers.

What's the minimum commitment?

+
One job. Genuinely. Most partners start with a single Local SEO or GBP retainer to test the relationship, then scale to multiple services. The agreement is month‑to‑month from day one — cancel at any monthly anchor with 30 days' notice. No annual lock‑in, no minimum spend, no setup fees.

Is there a setup fee?

+
No. Onboarding, brand kit setup, dashboard build, voice doc, kickoff brief — all free. The first invoice is the first month of work, nothing else. There's also no cancellation penalty.

What kind of margin can we expect?

+
2–3× resale on retainers; closer to 2.5–3× on web projects. The "typical resale" numbers on the pricing page are real averages from current partners — we publish them so the partnership economics are visible before any call.

How does invoicing work?

+
One invoice per month covering all active retainers and that month's project work, payable Net 14. SLA credits are applied automatically as line items on the next invoice. We invoice in USD. Payment via Stripe or wire transfer.

Can we lock in pricing for the year?

+
Tenured partners (12+ months) get pricing held flat automatically — no opt‑in needed. New partners can request annual prepay for an extra 5% off, but it's optional and you can still cancel mid‑year on a pro‑rata basis.
03 — Workflow

How does this
actually run?

Detail on the day‑to‑day. Full operational flow on the workflow page.

How do we brief you on a new job?

+
Two options. 1) A short Loom video describing the client and what you need. Fastest path from idea to start. 2) An email to your named account lead with the brief details. Both trigger the same 4-hour acknowledgment SLA.

Can we keep our own reporting templates?

+
Yes — that's the default. Send us your Looker Studio template, your Slides deck or your PDF brand kit and every output ships in that. If you don't have one, we'll build you a branded set in week one at no charge.

Do you communicate via Slack?

+
If you want. Most partners use either a shared Slack channel, a shared Notion page, or just email threads — we work the same way against all three. Whatever you use, your named account lead is the only person on it from our side.

Will you be in our client's tools (GA4, GSC, GBP)?

+
Yes — we need access to Google Analytics 4, Search Console, GBP and Ahrefs/Semrush (if applicable) to do the work. Access is via Google Workspace delegation to your agency's address, not ours — so even our access traces look like your agency's.

How do we track progress between reports?

+
Your named account lead sends regular updates via your shared channel or email. For web builds, Loom updates go out at key milestones. For retainers, your account lead is available to answer progress questions directly at any time. You never have to guess where things stand.
04 — Quality & SLAs

What happens
when something breaks?

Every partnership has weeks where something goes wrong. The question is what happens next — these are the answers we put in writing.

What if the work isn't good enough?

+
Two safeguards. Every deliverable goes through partner review before the client sees it — revisions are unlimited and included within the scope of the brief. If a month genuinely misses the agreed deliverables, that month is on us — no invoice, no debate, applied automatically on the next month's bill.

What if you miss an SLA?

+
Missed SLAs are credited automatically — see the process page for the full table of remedies. Examples: missed 4‑hour response = 1 day retainer credit. Missed monthly report date = full month credit. You don't have to ask, prove, or escalate.

What if rankings don't move?

+
Honest answer: SEO is a probability game, not a guarantee. What we can promise is that the work happens on schedule, the audits are real, the links are real, the reports are honest. We don't pretend ranking guarantees exist. If after 90 days the work is being done correctly and rankings haven't moved, we'll review the strategy with you for free — not bill a strategy intensive.

Can we pause a retainer?

+
Yes — once per 12 months, for up to 60 days, at no charge. Useful for clients who go through seasonal lulls. Beyond that we'd ask you to cancel and restart (no setup fee on restart either) so we can reallocate the slot.
05 — Team & capacity

Who's actually
doing this work?

Full team breakdown on the about page. These are the questions partners ask after seeing the size.

Who actually does the work?

+
An in-house team of 7 plus specialists — strategists, technical SEOs, content writers, GBP managers, and a web team. No marketplace pass-through. No offshore subcontracting. You will know your named account lead by the end of the kickoff call. That same person handles your accounts every month.

What if my named account lead leaves?

+
You get 30 days written notice and a full handover to a named replacement, including a joint call where both are present. If you are not comfortable with the replacement, you can cancel that month with no notice period required.

Are you growing fast?

+
No, deliberately. We grow the team when we can hire and train the right person, not to hit a revenue target. A small team means the SLAs stay real and every partner gets real attention. We would rather have a waitlist than miss our commitments.

Where is the team based?

+
US-based, one core team, one operation. Native speakers in English, Spanish, French, German and Portuguese for outreach work. We don't have offices in five countries — we have one focused team and a real address. That's a feature, not a flaw.
06 — Service‑specific

About the actual
services.

Each service page has its own deeper FAQ section — these are the cross‑cutting service questions.

Which service should we start with?

+
If you serve service‑area businesses (plumbers, dentists, lawyers, trades): start with Local SEO or GBP. They're cheaper to test and ship results faster. If you serve national clients with content programs: organic SEO is the natural opening. Web projects (Web Design) are typically a second purchase, not a first.

Can we mix and match across clients?

+
Yes. Most partners run different service mixes for different clients — Local + GBP for a plumber, just SEO for a SaaS, the full stack for a multi‑location restaurant chain. Each client gets the same named strategist; what scales is the deliverables.

Do you do paid ads / PPC?

+
No — by choice. We don't run Google Ads, Meta Ads or any other paid media. It's a different operational competency and a different fulfilment model. We'll happily recommend two paid‑ads white‑label shops we trust if you ask.

Do you do international SEO?

+
Yes for EN, DE, FR, ES, NL and IT — we have native speakers on each. For other languages, we'll be honest and refuse the work if we can't do it well. We don't ship translated content for languages we can't review natively.
